The Gunners are back to their winning ways and I don't see them slipping up against The Toffees.
My old reliable 2-0 prediction sounds about right.

I agree Catfish. 2-nil to the Arsenal. Jose to keep up his hot streak and Senderos to get his first, he certainly deserves it.

With nothing at stake in this game, i wonder if Arsene will send out the reserves for this match? After all, our reserves pretty much romped over Everton in the Carling Cup. On the other hand, Reyes and RVP are forming a pretty nice partnership upfront and more game experience could help solidify it. I'm curious to see what Wenger will do in this situation.

I'm pretty sure its on FSC Wednesday, for the Arsenal double feature with the replay of the 'Pool match.
Edit: its definitely on 3et/12pt followed by the Liverpool match. Sweet.

We still need a point...although Everton shoud be nice enough to hand one over considering what we did for them on Sunday.

We actually really don't need a point. Even if we lost our last two games and ManU won theirs, the 12 point goal differential is heavily in our favor.

Jermaine Pennant might drop 7 goals on us in an orgy of revenge :D

I think now that we did Everton a favour by securing their fourth place, Everton should return us a favour by securing OUR second place (we only need one point to do that......)

2-0 to secure the 2nd spot

Should be comfortable enough. The Toffees should already be thinking about their summer break with nothing to play for. Arsenal, on the other hand, have many players still fighting for places/fitness. Van P will want to improve on Sunday to have a chance on FA Cup final day (I'm still hoping TH will be fine). Dennis or Reyes? Both will want to prove they are in the best form.
4-0

Arsenal 1 (Reyes) Everton 0. Arsenal clinch the 2d spot and automatic qualification to the CL.
Everton fans party in Highbury to celebrate making the qualification stages of the CL. Arsenal fans party in Higbury to celebrate ManU having to endure the qualification stages of the CL for the 2d year in a row.

3-0 to Arsenal (Reyes, v.Persie, and the Cap'n will tally for us).
We haven't been giving up many goals lately (or not given up any in most games), and I can't see us starting to against Everton.

There is something at stake, assurance of 2nd place and CL spot with a draw or better. It is mathematically unlikely that ManU would pass Arsenal as it stands, but I would imagine that AW wants a little insurance on it. Therefore, I think the lineup will be similar to Sunday with reserves coming on if needed.

I think AW will continue with the younger line-up due to recent success. However, I can see Arsene trying to start the line-up he wants for the FA Cup final with the match at Birmingham on Sunday.
AW has already said that TH14 & Freddie must play that match in order to secure a starting spot in the final:

BTW, notice he didn't rule either of them out of the Birmingham game. ;)
2-0 to the Arsenal! (RvP & Pires)

Usually when everton play arsenal I expect a easy 3-0, however the champions league qualifiers are having a stormer. What has happened to the relegation predicted team?
So a tough match is expected by me. How we have been playing recently I still expect a win. 2-0 (Senderos + RVP)

I predicted that we would assist Sarab's boys in getting a champs league spot for next season on Sunday so now I will say that we will secure our spot in 2nd place tomorrow. If Henry and Freddie are up to it, I say give them a run out tomorrow and if they are tired, etc. bring the young'uns in. Wonder if Sol is ever going to make it back into the starting 11? Feel very secure with Senderos, but miss Sol's presence also......

Sarab's boys - thank you Miss Steph! :D
You all are right, though. 2-0 Arsenal, unless you play your reserves. Then it will be 1-0 Arsenal.
