If like me you don't agree with the official choices, take the opportunity to vote for the right player of the year

For me got to be Petrov, ran the midfield again today, when we play him in the middle he is superb.

It is still Ricksen for me. His form has faded slightly, but over the course of the season, he has been the best player.

I don't really watch too much SPL football but something about this season is that there dosen't seem to be any stand-outs.
Guys like Hartson and Ricksen have had good seasons, by all accounts but have they been that good. The team I've been most impressed with has been Hibs, they've played some amazing football, I'm not sure if Riordan or O'Conner can be serious candidates but they have been very good from what I've seen.

I voted O'Conner, partly bacause I haven't seen much SPL football and he has been the best of the little I have seen from that list and I think it deserves to be a hibee.

Ditto. It counts for quite a bit in my book to accomplish mush with a small team. Of course, I am unbiased. ;)

Hartson is the class of this field. His fine display against Aberdeen today has got celtic back where they belong top of the SPL

While Hartson looks very tempting on the list I think Stan the man is the brains behind the engine that helps bring the trophy back to paradise. Ricksen would be a close second or third. :)

Anderson...
we were amazing at the start of the season, in fact the last professional team in the UK to concede a goal.
and since he's our captain...
and of course im not biased! :D
