Wigan are basically another Wimbledon or Chievo Verona rising from obscurity to the top flight in England. Not that long ago that they were a nonleague club in a town that was mainly interested in rugby league:-

Hopefully Lars Hirschfeld did enough to persuade Craig Levein to offer him a new contract:-

Um, DeVos is on Ipswich, who finished 3rd and are in the playoffs.

Wigan are nothing like the other 2. The forwards alone cost $8 million.

Ipswich still has a chance for promotion, but they will have to fight their way through the playoffs. I believe they play West Ham in the semi-finals.

Also, Derby (Pesch) is in that same playoff. Tramere (Iain Hume) is in the Div. 1 playoffs
