Anybody knows why ESPN has so far stopped to broadcast MLS matches on the International satellite transmission ?
I mean , I live in South Africa and till last year we could watch MLS matches on a week 's basis , but this year NOT a single match has been broadcast so far

Don't think ESPN think MLS is being watched a lot by people outside the US...which I agree, I sometimes cannot watch the MLS and I'm a native :D

Oh this topic is one that really draws my ire !!! The self titled, World Leader in Sports, rarely broadcasts huge European match ups, so it doesn't surprise me that MLS is not broadcasted in other markets.

Soon those who will tell us all to be thankful for the little bit that ESPN DOES do will descend upon this thread like gnats onto feculence...
Enjoy the calm b4 the storm...

On ESPN USA, it's true, they don't show a lot of matches.
Go to other countries (asia, etc.) and turn on ESPN and they do show worldwide sports. It's a shame that ESPN International isn't readily available in the USA though.
