More knee-tremblers at top and bottom. The Gers can't take a victory for granted today by any means but if we do win the pressure will be on Celtic tomorrow.

A narrow victory - we'll settle for that. I expect Celtic will hump Aberdeen now ... but you just never know. ;)
A shocker with the Pars putting 5 past Dundee! And a vital win for Goughie's Livi.

Celtic back on top after a comfortable 2-0 home win against Aberdeen.
Both second half goals scored by John Hartson. The first half was fairly even, played at what Mark Hately would call "a fast tempo"...Hartson should have scored but his 6 yard tap in was blocked...Celtic were also denied a penalty...and Aberdeen were denied a first half lead when Jackie Macnamara headed off the line.
Celtic made what proved to be a significant change at half time when Laursen was replaced by Beattie...that resulted in Jackie Mac moving to left back, Beattie moved to the right of midfield, effectively joining Hartson and Sutton to form a 3 in attack...
Within 2 minutes of the restart Celtic were in-front...Hartson did not get the best of connections to Thompson's free-kick, but he did enough to send the ball spinning past Esson and towards the back of the net...despite 18yr old Considine's best efforts, the Aberdeen man could only blast the ball into the roof of the net...
But Hartson made it 2-0 when he converted Sutton's cross from five yards with 19 minutes remaining for his 30th goal of the season - the target he had set himself at the start of the campaign.
I watched Rangers - eventually - 'destroy' Aberdeen last Sunday in the rain...and saw highights of Rangers v Hearts earlier today... and I think that
Celtic's experience will prove to be the deciding factor in determining this seasons SPL Champions... Rangers look like they lack belief and seem like a team relying on Celtic to mess up... that won't be the case.
Come on the Hoops!

Well, we don't really have much option at this stage!

You do...playing well and winning convincingly would give the impression that you're the superior team....but you aren't. I watched the highlights from the Hearts game...it could have been a draw... :D

Even if we win all our games 25-0 we still need Celtic to drop points.

I for one am glad Celtic are heading on the road for the last two fixtures as we are playing dreadful at home. What I don't understand is why Beattie is not starting? Could you imagine Beattie and Bellamy up top with Sutton, McGeady, Hartson, and Petrov!
