Landrin set to join PSG!
According to today's France-Le Parisian, the Lille midfielder, Christophe Landrin, will be the first PSG recruit for next season. With his contract at Lille set to end at the end of the season, the LOSC midfielder has already signed a 3 year contract with the Paris club last week.
The arrival of Landrin, will not be officially announced by PSG until next week.
- Good move or not??
I don't know; the Nantes sell-off worked out only marginally for us; maybe Lille lets him go for a reason. OTOH, maybe he's just pricing himself out of Lille's range in his contract demands, but is substantively better than what we have. Is he DM, CM, or AM? Lille did well last year, and nothing succeeds like success.

Not sure. Central mid. Definetly more attack minded than Cana or M'Bami.
We still need a new striker though.

In the search for a new striker, PSG have made an offer to Bayern Munich in a bid to capture the services of 23 year old, Paraguayan striker, Roque Santa Cruz.
The information has been confirmed by German club. "The proposition is concrete and interesting" declared Uli Hoeness, the general manager of the club. Currently injured, the player could receieve a contract extension by the Bayern backroom staff though.
It would also seem according to the daily newspaper, L'equipe that the formal bid concerning the Milan midfielder, Vikash Dhorasoo is started to advance favourably for the club. The Parisian club, was showing itself an optimistic mood on Thursday, should Edouard Cisse sign a two year contract extension and Modeste M'Bami sign out a one year extension to his. In attack, Danijel Ljuboja could be sold. His selling price is fixed at around 3m euros.

Another French league player with the lame "Oh it would be a dream for me to play in England" type of speech. I'm so tired of that crap. "M'Bami says to English clubs come and get me." Who the heck writes these false headlines ??? English tabloid scumbags. See ya M'Bami. Dont let the door hit your sorry ass on the way out.

The thing is CdG is usually the airport from which all foreign flights fly from. The fact that the majority of most French players jet out of there, usually gives us false hope.
Looks as if it is definite though. I think we will wait for confirmation from the club though.

Danijel Ljuboja leaves PSG for Saint Etienne? (http://www.jadransport.org/articles/784.html)
Serbian press is crowded with these kinds of titles, as some TV stations broadcasted the news that PSG striker Danijel Ljuboja has confirmed his departure from Parc des Princes and that he will be joining Saint Etienne in the upcoming days.
It’s well known that the 25 year old Serbian striker isn’t satisfied with the treatment he is receiving in Paris since he officially became a PSG player last summer after a six month loan spell from Strasbourg during which he proved his worth as one of the best strikers in Ligue 1 by making a great display in 17 appearances during which he also scored five goals.
This season Ljuboja played just 25 league matches out of which in 13 he came on as a substitute, and all the good performances he made he did after Bosnian coach Vahid Halilhodzic (Vahid Halilhodžić) left the club...
That's too bad if true; I don't feel like Ljuboja got the fullest shot...

The Argentinian, Juan Pablo Sorin has spoken about his former club, PSG...
"I would like to return some day." He also provides an explantion on his departure from Paris in August 2004.
Juan Pablo Sorin, under contract until 2008 with Villarreal, is currently with the Argentinian national team in Germany, contesting the Confederations Cup. After having beaten Tunisia 2-1, the Argentine looks back on his past experiences with PSG, the club which he left in August 2004. " I would like to return some day. I left with a lot of pain, because I wanted to stay in Paris, where I had a great year. But Vahid Halilihodzic told me that if I wanted to stay, I couldn't play with the Argentinian national team. And that, wasn't negociable. Wearing the shirt of my country, whether that be with the youth team or senior squad is really something difficult to express. Its like wearing the flag of your country, It gives me goosebumps just talking about it.
Interesting...
