I'm in the Chicago area (Streamwood), and I had Comcast installed a few weeks ago. I have two Motorola 6412 HD PVR's. If I record Goltv, I cannot fast forward or rewind. If I pause the live broadcast, I get an error when I try to continue playing it. This problem only happens on Goltv. I called Comcast to report the problem, but they don't seem to have any idea what to do about it.
I've checked the Diagnostics, and my snr and agc are both listed as good on all channels. I do get some corrrectable errors on the frequency where Goltv is located, but I also get those on two others. I can fast forward and rewind the other channels without any problems.
I posted detailed information on dslreports.com, and two other people reported the same problem. One of them was in the Chicago area, and the other person was in the Detroit area. Does anyone else here have this problem?
