Anyone see the new American Express ad with Jose Mourinho? It's not as sappy as the one with Coach K (Duke basketball...I can't spell his last name!). A little hokey with him pulling out the umbrella before it starts to rain. But if this airs in the US anywhere but Fox Soccer Channel, no one's going to know who he is.

Fox Soccer Channel showed that ad sometime last night. I forget whether it was after Sky Sports News or after the Fox Sports World Report. Nonetheless, I was suprised to see an ad featuring him.

I've seen the DeNiro and Coach K ads but was amazed that Jose was in an ad for this country. Wonder if it'll be seen on non soccer sports broadcasts?

Great ad. I was surprised by his ability to act, although the coach which I think could make the best actor is Scolari. The commercial is very entertaining. I wonder if that's really his house/porsche suv/family. His reaction at the end is funny, as he snickers like the Devil incarnate.
