Seeing as Liverpool fans are now easily established as the best fans in Europe (as they have been for the last 40 years) I have no doubts that Liverpool fans in Istanbul will totally overshadow and dominate either the AC Milan or PSV fans in Turkey, just as they have done in the previous ten finals they have been involved in.

Nobody has ever outsung us in a European final. Nobody. The Kop is unique.

After just watching the BBC documentary on the Heysel disaster it proves you are incorrect. The Juve fans completely took over that stadium during the 1985 final.

Ha, well I'm looking into it but the cost of plane tickets seems extortionate. If Istanbul wasn't so far away I'd try other ways and means to get there but a plane looks like the only option.

Why the hell shouldn't I brag and boast about our fans? I'm enjoying the moment and am savouring every minute of it.

All I have heard on this board is a lot of drivel talked about Liverpool. At times it's been a disgrace. We weren't fit to be on the same pitch as Juventus etc. They were going to thrash us etc. Chelsea would put three goals past us etc. Liverpool aren't good enough to be in the semi etc. Liverpool are going out in the next round etc. They are a crap team etc.

Well, we are in the final so screw the lot of you. And our fans ARE the best.

Whoa man, no need to brag yet. Let them win first or you'll hear it in the end. I actually don't like most teams in the EPL., but i love Liverpool. As a Serie A fan and Liverpool fan, i'm really torn. I'm hoping they can do some damage in the EPL next season and with some of the transfers i'm hearing about it's very likely they'll end near the top.

Don't get too excited yet, as for the bragging...I mean, they can in a way because of what they've accomplished...no one expected them to make the final, certainly not me, especially not after going through Juve and Chelsea to do so. Anyways, they deserve a lot of credit, especially their defense and their fans are absolutltey fantastic.

I'm hoping they provide for a great and safe atmosphere in Istambul. May the best team win.
