FSC has been showing them on Sunday nights at 10pm. Not this week. The schedule said 5/2 at 5pm but they are showing women's FA Cup match between Charlton & Everton. I gotta see the Gerrard goal. When is FSC showing EPL highlights?

They also don't seem to be showing the French Higlights at all this week.
But they're apparently showing the German highlights at least twice!?

There were only 2 French Ligue 1 games this week, one of which was shown live on FSC.
Auxerre - Toulouse [make-up from Round 27]
Monaco - Lille [make-up from Round 32]
Thus, there is no regular highlights show this week.
