i think liverpool could do with a new striker but how much would owen cost? remember, they may not qualify for the cl. i think arsenal, man utd, juve and maybe barca will get owen if real sells and liverpool don't have the money.

Owen has been on several press articles as a barter item in transfers like Cristiano Ronaldo (unlikely) or Reyes (much more feasible) to Real Madrid, but he is not going to be transferred just for cash. Unless Liverpool has a player that Madrid specifically want (thinking of Gerrard, maybe?) Owen will not go back to liverpool.
