There is a filter on the right hand side, similar to the regular squad screen. This is for CM4.

Thanks for the help everyone.

Well, DUH! of course there is.
Thanks. I'm an idiot.

On another topic, What are anyone's opinions on Robert Green of Norwich (GK)? I've just started a new game with Cardiff, and need a keeper, and he is transfer listed. I've heard that he has good stats, but lousy form.

Dunno much about this guy. My advice is if you can sign one of them, get Joe Murphy, Graham Stack or Andreas Isaksson

Other players WELL worth getting:
- Daniel Braathen (€250; F L/C). 21y/o, Amazing attributes and can become 'worldclass' quick
- Orlando Montalvan (€325k-ish; D C/L) - Very conssitent American defender.
- Fabio Paim (€800k-ish; AM L/R) - might cost a bit for somebody that may take 2 or 3 years to get the starting spot, but fantastic.
- Carmine Pasciarello (8k; AMC) - 14 years old, only costs 8K from some unheard of team, takes a year to actually moves club and may not be a start until he's in his late teens, but has oodles of potential and costs basically nothing.

Yeah, I'd love to have Murphy or Isaksson (never heard of Stack, where's he from?), but was looking thru transfer listed guys first. Figured it would be cheaper that way. Thanks.

Stack plays for Arsenal, but usually goes un-needed by the team pretty quick. Another fantastic player like this at Arsenal would be Jerome Thomas (21-ish y/o, F L/C).

i am currently on my best run ever in CM, not much tho compared to what i read about and what my friends have done.
i am in 05/06 season like 29 games into the season, 1st place 5pts ahead but chelsea have 2 games in hand. pretty much i will finish top 4 and hopefully make the CL and i am in the quaters of the UEFA cup against sturm graz and there are only like 2 good teams left in the cup.
my lineup is pretty good, i need to improve my dmid and parts of my D tho.
Cavenaghi...Tevez
Zonneveld...Castillo...Duljaj...Mariano Gonazalez
Coco...Mexes...Huth...Danny Mills
Sorenson
i should finish the season in a day or 2. ill let ppl know how it goes.
btw this is the 1st game ive ever played in england, i usually just use ajax, i have to say it is very satisfying for me to take a team that 3 seasons ago was supposed to fight against relegation and take them this far compared to a big team where fans will only be happen with a trophy.

03/04. i am not a very good manager i think, but oh well. i ended up losing the league by 5 pts to chelsea. i came down 2-0 tho away at man u and tied it to get 2nd. i also won the uefa cup. only offseason changes were selling mills for 6m euros (dont know why i did it) and buying andres d'alessandro. so far i have won, tied, and lost. also lost the super cup to milan 1-0.
this is definitely my last season w/ aston. i am in the CL and i will see how i do. hopefully good and i will try to win the league. but i hope to either move to ajax or barca, if they hire me.

Did u play CM4? 03/04 is a bigger challenge without experience from CM4 to carry over.

Also, it depends on the size of your database, I don't remember if you mentioned it before. but the LARGER the Database, the easier it is to find Good players who are cheap.

I downloaded the CM 03/04 demo and I love it. The match engine is soo much better. It's pretty much better all around, espescially with the new Football Manager skin that I downloaded. Best skin ever!

If anyone wants a fun CM4 expeience in South America play with Boca Juniors. They have a talented team and I've gone through the opening Premier Division season without a loss, straight to a championship. They've got some great young players. It is a fun team to check out South America.

Need help in CM4 please. I'm USA manager. Need to give some young strikers a Cap. Casey Conor and Edson Buddle are injured, Twellman already has 6 caps.
Need 2 young Strikers to start a game against Honduras, must win or tie game.

Options:
Brian West: 28 games, 17 goals 9 assists.
Santino Quaranta: 20 years old, very slow, too young? 35 games, 13 goals, 1 assist
Chris Carrieri: 29 games, 4 goals 4 assists.
Eddie Johnson: SLack Match, 6 games 0 goals, 0 assists
Hercules Gomez: 22 years old, 16 games, 6 goals, 3 assists

or any other suggestions?

I have found that you want to go with a player who is getting regluar playing time with their club team. So EJ is out. Santino Quaranta should probably be on the bench. Personally I'd go with West then Gomez, then Carrieri.

--In my Villarreal game, Tino is one of my top young players. He's averaged ten goals and 5 assists for the past 3 seasons now. He's breaking into my USA side now and has 5 goals in 11 caps.

Thanks for your guys input, I ended up starting Brian West and Pat Noonan. They both scored a goal. And I had Eskandarian as a sub. I won barely 3-2. This Memo Gonzalez kid is pretty good. He scored a good goal.

i finally did it!! i won my first Champions League. In the 2006-2007 season i won it with Aston Villa. It was my 1st year in the tournament and i was rated as the worst team in the tourny by the bookies. The previous year I won the UEFA Cup, the year before i lost in the FA Cup final, and my first year i won the League Cup. Only things i have not done yet are win the league (2nd was my best and a close 3rd this year) and the FA Cup. I had a really hard CL too. Had to go through Dortmund, Juve, Real, and then Milan.
I am hoping I can get hired by Ajax or Barca, but idk. Ajax won the league so i doubt Koeman will be on his way out and idk bout Barca.

Great! Especially w/ the worst odds. Look and see how well Barca are doing and they're financial situation. They may need a club saviour.

the barca job is not insecure so i cant declare my interest in the job.
i dont get it though. after winning the Uefa Cup and CL my reputation is still only national and my odds in the CL were pretty bad, said i should struggle against every team, not as bad as last yr tho.

I just won both the opening and closing stages of the Argentina Premier division in my first season at Boca. No losses through the entire thing, 90 something points. I also beat River in the Copa Libatadores. :) Not bad for season one.

If any managers out there are looking for a great young striker, look no further than Boca and Carlos Tevez. Has amazing skills for an 18 yr old. He got 38 goals or something in 39 games. Sign him to a Euro team and I know he will not disapoint.
