Where's the best place to order CM from in the US?

You can't get Cm in the US. Not CM4 anyway. Due to Copyright rules in the US, CM4 wasn't released here. You have to get it from Thailand through EBay or from the UK (like I did)

EBay seems to be the best and easiest. Just watch out for thi copies with manuals not in English.
I was able to get the original package on there.
You should wait for 03/04 to come out. It is always best to have the most recent version.

EBay is the best because you can get it pretty cheap. They all ship from Thailand.

Can someone explain "First Option" when trying to buy a player?

First Option is where you LOAN a player for a Long time, then you have the First Choice in Buying the player. Which you will play later.
Basically its like test driving a car for a week and then buying it after that week for a fee you agreed with back on the first day.

Never had though because I didn't know what it was.

US Leagues and CM 03/04

It is with huge sorrow that we have today been instructed by our publisher, Eidos, that due to legal issues, we have to remove the U.S. leagues from CM03/04, along with all players that play in those leagues.
There is nothing we can do about this, unfortunately, and we just hope that it won't spoil your enjoyment of the game too much.
Contractually, we have to comply with this request. We are not able to comment further on this issue, although we hope it will not effect the release date of the game.
This is one of the main reason what I hate MLS, What are they thinking, The best league of the world. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

It's not an MLS decision. the MLS was in CM4.. w/ no problem. Its EIDOS v EA. EA has been purchasing rights for years so I bet, EA would've possibly brung it to the Attention of the MLS and the A-League that EIDOS who also functions inside US boarders has been using MLS players and copyrights for years and of course the MLS would then possibly sue for back royalties which of course EIDOS couldn't afford.
Im still PISSED TO HIGH HELL!!!!!!!! AAAAAAARGGGGHHHH!!!!!! Dammit, Managing the US Nats was half the fun!! Grrrrr...now I'll still need to keep CM4 on my PC to have some MLS fun..Bastards!
I should've known that the inability to release in the US at all should've been a flag...DAMMIT!!!!!!!

This is total junk. I'm not buying 03/04 now, I'm happy with MLS in CM4.

At the very least they should allow us to edit the players and teams in the US... Kinda of like Winning Eleven...

Well, maybe..I'm sure they'll be an Unofficial Data Update which adds the player but I'm going to wait till I see the actual Update come out and then I'll buy CM 03/04..
However, Adu could still be in the game as he has not signed a pro contract yet.

I'm guessing that every player and club in MLS will still be in the game. But you just won't be able to play the league. It will be just like it was before you could play MLS.

No clubs, no players, as if they dont actually exist
