Don't be bitter because your Mac sucks and can't play the best game in the world. I realize it is the Mac version so you're going to have to buy a new version of CM4 as well.

No my Mac just happens to be a couple of years old and the twits at sigames made the game so you can't play it on this size (normal size for then) screen. Doesn't matter if you have a Mac or a pc. Why don't you post something intelligent like a real solution for my problem or are you just some computer twit who doesn't actually understand anything beyond the screen?!?!

It doesn't make sense that CM4 would demand a higher resolution than other types of software that run just fine on an older generation iBook. There are tons of games that make much greater video card demands than CM.

I know my CM 01/02 runs at 600 x 800. What resolution does CM4 run at?

Does anything change when you do altar the resolution? What OS are you running? Since I got OSX, the screen automatically adjusts to the preferred resolution for the game (granted it is just CM 01/02) without requiring me to alter any settings.

Have you checked out the Apple Knowledge Database? I am sure someone there could help. Go under the support button at the apple site and navigate to the iBook area.

I'm glad SI still supports Macs as well as they do

Dude I tried finding the answer for you ... but couldn't. Sorry. On the bright side ... if you sell it ... your life will be better off!

Yes, I am a 10 year old twit who doesn't know a thing about computers except that Apple is a flawed company and lost out to PCs years ago. Mac users need to be bottle fed everything in a complete package that they can never mess with so that everything is honkey dorey.

Undefeated the entire season is a big acomplishment. In 5 years (real time, not CM time) of playing CM I have never done that. You either had a good cheat or amazing luck.

i had amazing luck. with ante razov and damani ralph up top they would score near the end of 90 to send the game into overtime either grabbing a winner or ending in a tie.

I think some player attributes can be changed when a game is started by the initialization engine. This makes not everyone the same in every game.

Has anyone seen the European Champions Cup go from second round being group play to the second round being a home and away series? I am Newcastle, have played in the European Champions Cup for two strait years and the second year, second season of my game, the 2nd round is now a home and away. Very odd.

That's how it is in real life this year, and it's reflected in the game.

Why the switch?

It cuts down on the number of games that teams have to play. The teams that make the final will play 13 games instead of 17. Since the top teams already play like 50 games a year, they thought this would help players be more fit. After the World Cup they thought that too many games were being played, especially since a lot of European players didn't do well.

'Tis true. Especially w/ EURO qualifying commencing now and next Summer the EURO itself.

This was done sorta in response to what happen in 2002. where France was bounced because Zidane only played 1 match. and Portugal was horribly unfit in their loss to the US.

The WC started only a week after the Champs League Final. Normally it doesn't start till the week on June 10th -14th. But Korea/Japan forced the move to the 31st of May for Monsoon season.

the German FA has already said the WC will start June 9th. No matter what.

So is this a permanent plan or only in years with a heavy summer schedule?
