Put them on reserves or let them play a few laughers , schedule u18 friendlies for them to play

how to raise the max wage? i asked the board many times but they always ignored me so i took an ultimate action and the next morning i was told to clear my desk.

Never give them an Ultimatum until you've become the Johan Cruyff on the CLUB. Or the Robson. You must be considered one of the best Managers inthe Country (not ur own, just the one u manage in) to give other ultimatums.

Just finished my first season with Halifax. Finished 8th in the Conference. Couldn't keep up with the leaders, never out the top half though. A couple of good FA Cup wins before narrowly losing out to second division Hull. Finished above Blackburn and Liverpool too.
Bath City are now English champions (yet another team winning the title after promotion).

I think it's the 2006-2007 season. He's 30 and has 6 goals in six matches or something like that. Problem is we're drawing most of them :mad:

He's crap.
I'm in 2012-2013, and Rooney has bounced around between some Div. 2 and Div. 3 teams for his career after Everton released him on a free when he was like 20.
Of note, I'm Rushden, won the Premiership 2 years running, this past one, only losing once in the league. Keep getting knocked out early in the cups... maybe its because I let all my bench players get a run out.
Anyway, bought Quaranta a few years ago for $22.5 mil.
Signed Convey on a free, but he couldn't crack the starting lineup so I offloaded him to Tottenham for $4.5 mil.
Bocanegra has been a mainstay in the Celtic backline for years now.
Donovan has gone from Arsenal, to Blackburn and is now with Celtic.
Mathis had a good run in the EPL for a couple of years before heading back to the Galaxy and retiring.

I am now the Manager of the US NT! Whoo-Hoo. Cm4 0wnZ me!!!11 We lost in the Gold Cup to Brazil. As I probably already posted..oh well too hyper!!
I can't wait for my next friendly and WC Qualifying. Adu will play in 2006 If I am not fired by then.

I haven't gotten far in CM4(too much testing the game, not enough playing). I've taken USA through the WC 2006 qualifiers undefeated though. That was pretty sweet. Beat Mexico 4-1 in Mexico City :)
