It really is in a well built up residential area. Don't think there is the room, and certainly some people don't want to see it happen. One stand (the North) is listed, so cannot be demolished.

Does anyone know where I can download older versions of CM the full game, like 99-00 or 00-01. Thanks.

I'm glad it did. For four years, the folks at SI Games toiled day and night in their fluorescent-lighted janitors' closets, eating Handi-Snacks, and eschewing sexual advances from the numerous supermodels that loiter around software studios.
And for what?
Just to bring us repressed football fans a little slice of what it feels like to be Bruce Arena. To live out our lifelong dreams of signing Josh Wolff and placing him on Manchester United 11. To watch "Doo-Hyun Sacramento" light it up for the 2026 Korean World Cup team. That and a little mon-ay on the side. God bless 'em.
And how do you repay them?
By scumming around soccer boards asking for a FREEBIE? Are they supposed to say "Yes master" and tell you where you can find a pirated copy of CM? Should we, those of us who actually went out and bought this game to support these poor fellows at SI Games collude with your nefarious endeavours?
People like you make Baby Jesus cry.

..
Good question. If a guy has a rating of a 5 at halftime or into the second half usually I'll sub him first no matter what. From there I usually go by energy rating--especially if I know I'll need that guy to start my next match. If a striker has a 6 rating usually I'll look to sub him out, too, if I'm losing or the match is tied after an hour, and then anyone with a yellow I'll usually look into subbing very closely from 65 min on if everyone else is decent on their energy levels.
I guess the short version is if a guy is a 5 I take him off and THEN look at energy levels to decide.

subbuteo, thanks.
I know there are "hidden" ratings for the palyers in CM. I've got two questions about them.
1) Does anyone have a list of these? I know about big game and potential. What other ones are there to better get a clue of how a player is going to act, or as the game calls it "high strung"?
2) How can I look at these numbers?
*disclaimer, I'm not too into computers, so I need specific directions, or the "idiots guide" if you will.

Isn't it sort of lame to expose the "hidden" stats. I mean, what is the point of playing the game if you give yourself a "crystal ball" (that none of the other managers have) into how each player might turn out?
I can understand to shutting down/re-playing a game if it is a cup final and my goalkeeper flips out and head-butts someone for no apparent reason in the second minute, but if you are going to cheat from the get-go - why bother playing the game?
BTW - there are numerous CM websites that give a full explanation of what the hidden stats are.
http://projectcm.thedugout.net/
and
www.cmstar.net
are good places to start.
It is useful to know the categories, I suppose, sense that helps you pay more attention to what the scouts say (they refer to a lot of them in their reports) if you use them. Or so you can try to trace a discernable pattern.

This is more what i was looking to do. I'm seeing some patterns now from just playing so long. But I'd also like to know what to look for. Thanks for the links.

Out of both domestic cups early on to third division teams, although one of those did actually go on to win the tournament.
Will now get to take the club into Europe for the first time after a strong finish to a generally disappointing middle part to the season.

I just have a basic question on the 01/02 game. Does anyone else have the problem of buying youngsters to develop, back before I liked to challange myself for example Everton got relegated and I picked up Rooney for a nice $1 million relegation clause or something and he accepted a contract as a hot prospect. Yet everytime I buy a young (regardless of age) regular player for a small club and throw him on my reserves as a hot prospect he seems to stop progressing, does anyone else have this problem as well? Would signing them as squad rotation players and just throwing them into competitions like the league cup fix this?

I've had these exact problems. I will say that any competition is going to develope a player more. That said, sometimes you dont have the minutes to give them.
I've found that I try and loan all of my younger players out. Most seasons I've got at least 5 guys out to D1 or D2 sides. They progress some there, but only playing in the top league consistantly will a player hit his potential. Whats worse is you wont see their potential without taking a risk and playing them while they're young and still unproven.
I've therefore resorted to mostly filling my top 20 spots with signees and using the young players as investments. I get prospects, loan them out, then sell them at profit. In 20 seasons I've become the most successful club in the game, so their value is largely inflated (a good thing for me :)). I've also in that time only had three players come from my academy and make the starting squad and only had about 5 players that were bought very young grow onto the starting squad.
I also wouldnt mind more tips to build players cause it would be a lot cheaper.

If you are new to a club, they aren't going to give you free-will of the purse to go out and spend a lot on money on a high priced player.
Win a couple of leagues and prove yourself and that number will go up.
Yeah but I edited my MLS team's rep and gave them like 120 million in the bank but the board still only lets me have 7.25 to spend! At Arsenal, they have around 180 million in the bank but the board lets me spend 117 million for transfers.

There's all sorts of hidden things that influence your transfer funds. There's the league quality stat that probably influences it, that a team with the same amount of money in the EPL will be able to spend more on transfers than a team with the same amount of money in thge MLS. I mean you don't need 7.5 million in transfer funds to win the MLS, so that's somewhat realistic. Plus no MLS team thinks of spending money to ensure success in continental games as the prize money is so small its not worth investing transfer funds for it. The only cash cow would be getting to the World Club Championship, but even then you'd still be spending more in transfer funds to get players capable of winning it than you'd get for winning it. The club chairman has an ambition rating as well as a few other business stats that contribute to it too, as well as the previously mentioned manager rating.

It also has to do with your reputation as a manager.
If you've won a few cups, the number will go up.
I've had $43 mil in cash at DC United and was allowed transfer fees of $40 million.
Although it doesn't really matter to have it that high, nobody you can afford for that much will come and play in the US.
Mainly just use the money to find good young internationals (had a German D-mid I developed and sold for $20 million to Man U - had an average of almost 9!) or just buy up all the young talent in MLS.

Back to the stamina and endourance topic.
I tried this last night, as suggested, and it worked. I had a two week layoff for my team (somehow, it doesnt happen very often). I took my players with low stamina, pace, work rate, and/or determination and put them in a fitness heavy regimend. (fitness:intense, all others:none) I did this for a full week and then place the guys back into their normal workouts for the rest of the week. Wouldnt you know it about half of them saw in increase in at least one catergory! Best of all, my starting left winger (an Italian international thats awesome) went from 15 stamina to 17. I highly recommend this strategy if you've got a layoff or during the offseason/preseason.
