Do you fellows have any knowledge about how the enhancement pack works(will work) on the MAC side? Is it necessary? The game runs fine on my MAC, but I am not always able to get the update packs to work (depending on how they are put together).
Could anyone from Ferel or Sigames comment on this issue?

Would that 'problem opening the game window on some PCs' issue be where you're playing in windowed mode, you alt-tab/click on another window, then find that the CM4 window just sits there frozen, or cleared out so only the 'frame' is there? That's a problem I had with the gold demo, could've been a resource issue though.
Also, is there a tiebreaker in the Champions League that comes before goal differential? (Head to head?). Because I saw a team with equal points and worse differential go through.

      You can download Enhancement Pack 1 for Championship Manager 4 from here (http://www.sigames.com/news_view.php?act=2&id=635).
      Of course, the Pack can't do much for those who (like me) are still waiting for the game to arrive at their doorstep, but it's a good idea to download it now anyway and install it immediately after CM4 arrives and is installed. :)

I too am extremely interested in the MLS aspect of CM4, guess are brit friends will have to let us know, since there the only ones not having to wait for shipping...

game is great, mls is pretty good. all things appear to be in working order as far as senior internationals (SI abbreviation) and so forth. Freddy Adu is already a name mentioned on the SI BB's. Memo Gonzalez is a flamboyent midfielder at 16. really good dribbling and technique. Gaven and Spector are in the game (havent really looked for others yet). Donovan and Beaz or decent to start the game. promising in their respective positions. Howard on the other hand may be the best player rating wise. has some 20's and is a steal at 1 Million. I am in the usa now and have not gone away from the game save to the website for downloads and here to post!!!!
I guess you all will just have to wait ;)

Still wondering about the A-League and D3 Pro League teams, D3 especially since they don't have that many teams coming back into the league this year and A-League has an odd 19.

I just installed champ man 4.
All the files are there and everything just the game won't run.
Anyone got any ideas or will i be returning to champ man 2000/01.

I picked mine up Saturday when I was on vacation in London. Probably would have been cheaper to order it online than buy it at the Virgin Megastore, but I wasn't going to spend time looking for a discount store or wait for shipping.
Even with the first patch it's still a little too buggy for me, still way too many severe injuries. I had 4 in my first game at Forest Green in the English Conference and with no reserves that pretty much FUBARed the whole first month. Don't think they got D3 in the game, only the A-league (or maybe vice versa, but I think it's the A). I have MLS running so I'll check the draft combine matches when I get there and see how it goes.

I had the same problem , but I just removed and reloaded it and it worked fine. Very Strange.

I couldn't find the D3 clubs either, though it claims in the booklet that the league is availble.

Are the Arizona Sahuaros in the game (they shouldn't be)?

I think I was confused because they call the A-league "2nd division." I took over Rochester because I didn't feel I was "ready" for MLS yet. Seems like loans need to get patched. I have Mikael Forsell (chelsea), Stilian Petrov(celtic), and Haruna Babangida(barca) on loan with about 5 other internationals in the Rochester line-up all at the same time. Still only win 2-1 and draw a lot. Guess I'm not a very good manager yet :)
