Thank God! That was the only bad thing about starting a USA only league, there weren't enough jobs to keep you occupied. It's not like you can climb the divisions or anything like that either...So hopefully I won't get bored with an USA/Mexico only game...we'll see...

God dammit I was hoping for Hungary to be in the game. I mean who the hell is going to coach in Hong Kong?

there will undoubtedly be replacement patches on a trillion of the fansites so playing as if you were doing the Hungarian league won't be difficult.

As far as Hong Kong I think it goes for how many fans there are that own computers and are fans of not only football but CM in general...Not sure about the economics of including the Hungarians...

but if you go to www.sigames.com and root through some articles that took place some months back they explain how they select which countries that enter the game.

I will restore Fiorentina to prominence, Perugia on the European Stage, the U.S. to the WC Title, and Either River Plate or San Lorenzo to win the Inter Continental. And THFC will win every piece of hardware. The FA, The Worthy, The Premiereship, Champs League, everything.

Thanks People, Good Work.

Don't bother with Tottenham, there's built in code to make sure they never win anything...

This is absolutely amazing. It will be, without a doubt, the biggest database ever assembled for a soccer (or any other sport) computer game.

Which brings to mind a question I've been meaning to ask? How many teams is it possible to pay in the current and future versions of Champ Manager? And which would be the worst (weakest) team of all?

Will CM4, be readily available in computer games stores in America, or will we have to buy it off of a website? I remember when I tried to find CM 01/02 2 years ago, it was difficult to find it on the web. If anyone knows where I will be able to find a site that will ship CM4 to the US, I'd really appreciate it!

In case it hasn't been posted...

They moved back the release date into March.

SI Games, I believe, will be selling CM4 from the official website www.SIGAMES.com . You should be able to get it shipped to the US buying directly from them.

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp From what I've heard, for the first time in the game franchise's history, CM4 will be readily available in computer games stores in America (such as Electronics Boutique, Gamestop, etc.).

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp An employee at one of the Electronics Boutique stores around here mentioned to me that CM4 is listed in their computer system, but that they don't have an exact release date listed yet (not surprising, as SI Games itself doesn't have an exact release date yet). As soon as the store receives an exact release date, though, they could start taking pre-orders for the game.

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp In prior years, none of the computer games stores around here had even heard of CM, so this truly is progress! :D

in England you can go all the way down to the Conference, which is more or less semi pro...or the Regionallia in Deutschland...C2 in Italia...Div D2B in Espana... the French National Div in Le Championnat...and probably D3 Pro-league in the US...

Most other leagues are just the top or top two divisions...

Sorta ironic that the first time it is available in the US I am going to be in England when it's released! :D

Just taken over them myself. In the third division with only one season in the Premiership and three FA Cups to show for it. And the Conference title too.

Still they did somehow manage £1.62 billion in the bank though. But won't even let me spend £1,000,000 and max wages around £725.

This just proves my point! :D I lament, why did Kean-o leave for Spurs...lord what a horrible choice...even Villa, the horror at the thought, would have been a better choice!

With the absurd amount of leagues in the upcoming game, I was curious about the player rankings (skill points.) Basically: how the hell do they pull it off? :)

If there are any articles or interviews that someone could direct me to, I'd love to read about the process. It seems the hardest thing would be the stats of the fictitious characters...I'm in 2007 with the Quakes and I'm just noticing more and more youth players enter the picture. However, will the US (or any other country for that matter) always produce about the same caliber young player, or could the US start producing Brazilian like talent in say 200 year?

www.sigames.com go here and root through past articles about the upcoming CM4...in these articles they detail their process for having scouts for every team and in dfferent countries etc...

cheers.
