Another home game, another tailgate.
This Saturday our tailgate will begin at 5pm at the same location as last time. (South side of RES west parking lot) We will be serving hamburgers, hotdogs, sausage, chips, drinks, etc. We are asking that each attendee contribute a $1.50 "donation" to help cover the cost of food. We will start clean-up around 7pm to give everyone enough time to mosey on over to their seats in time for the opening whistle.
A few items:
1) I need three volunteers this week. I need someone to help me during the tailgate with cooking and monitoring the condiment/accessory table(s). I need two or more other volunteers to help with the clean up at 7pm.
2) There's a 30% chance of rain on Saturday. So if anyone has any tarps or one of those canopies, please let me know.
3) If you're going to bring any contributions to this Saturday's tailgate, we need to coordinate to make sure we have the necessary utensils both for serving and consumption. So please either let me know so I can bring them or plan to bring them yourself.
4) We don't have final word on whether a 2nd grill will be available this week. So, at this point I'm assuming that we won't have it available. So grill space will be limited so we can't guarantee availability for 3rd party items.
5) Don't forget to bring your chairs!
