Canada will win this match, but was it necessary to create the 3 polls?

Canada will win this match, but was it necessary to create the 3 polls?
Three different games, each one deserves a poll on it's own.
Canada lost at the last Gold Cup 2-0 to Cuba, and Cuba have been improving steadily, while we have been slipping.
If we lose to Costa Rica and the Yanks then this game will
not mean anything, except maybe the Cubans.

A 2 - 2 draw both teams will need this match if the have any chance of
getting through to the next round. Should be exciting.

And Canada will lose again with Yallop at the helm. Bring back the one won us our Gold Cup!

Having Holger back would be a step in the right direction, but the CSA won't
admit their error in firing him in the first place. Come back Holger all is not well in Canada.

Having Holger back won't fix whats wrong with Canadian soccer mate. You need a professional league across the
entire frozen tundra. You also need strong leadership from
your football association which IMHO doesn't seem to know
what it is doing from year to year, i may be wrong ,you would know more about that then me. Is that WYC tournament still on in Canada in 2007, i might just pop over to catch a few matches. cheers.

You could put Martin O Neill, Alex Ferguson or other top
managers in for Mr Yallop and the results would be the same, Canada lacks talent all around from strikers, to
world class keepers. But they should be able to beat tiny Cuba, i mean really Cuba?

I have to say i like Cuba in this match up, the cubans seem to be advancing in their football these days and shoulp upset? the Canucks 2 - 1. Maybe
this tournament will get cuban soccer up their with their baseball/boxing
programs. Canada, football's version of the titanic, can't seem to do anything right since winning the Gold cup in 2000. their 1986 World cup appearence
must be faded memories at this point, oh well they still have ice hockey.

Cuba beat us 2-0 last time at the Gold Cup and we have not gotten any better. so expect the same scoreline. After
we get thumped by the Yanks and Costa Rican's this match
will mean very little and with luck will bring about full changes in the national team.

Based on the tally this is going to be a close game. Canada will pull through with some last-second heroics.

You know what you are right we cannot it get right since winning the GC in 2000.
But 1986 is not a faded memory it is a historical moment even if Canada did not score any goles and evey soccer Canadian will never forget that. A 1974 appearance for the socceroos is a further distance memory don't you think!

There is talent but the Yallop does not want to get those players on the NT as Holger did. Holger brought Canada to top where it has never been before, so you cannot say the results will be the same who ever is at the helm. Did you see that GC back in 2000? You cannot say there is no talent either.
