How about a Rugby-style Celtic League for Football Clubs in Scotland, Wales and both parts of Ireland? Celtic and Rangers can play in the English League, avoiding potentialy violent clashes such as Linfield V Celtic or Derry City V Rangers. Also include the Welsh Teams playing in England. 3 Divisions of 20 Teams, with the Lowest Placed team from each Country having a Play-Off with the top team in their regional League.
Any thoughts?

60 teams? Celtic & Rangers & Welsh teams play in England? Why?
Isn't the Celtic League in rugby all-star teams rather than club teams: 4 provinces of Ireland, sections of Scotland & Wales?
I would like to see more competition between NI, RoI & Scottish squads, but perhaps in a competition with groups followed by a knockout stage similar to the European cups.

Why bother? The travel expenses for Scottish teams like Aberdeen to visit non-entities like Aberystwyth or Coleraine seems ludicrous.

Don't like the sound of any of the floated changes that incorporate teams from other countries in our football, or our's in their's including Celtic playing in the EPL.
Lets sort out our problems, just need a bit direction, fergus McCann for chairman of the SPL

His £30m retirement fund taken out of Celtic (after he sorted things out admittedly) must have been spent by his missus... his quote is priceless, can just hear him in that sqeaky wee north american croy accent of his...
"I started Limoliner because I believe civilized traveling is not a privelege, but a right."
It's also grammatically incorrect.. civilised (z) travel for ******** sake.
McCann for President

One of the worse moments I've ever had (Including games) was the booing of Fergus when he went to raise the championship flag....the guy saved the club, that reaction was ungrateful and unnecessary. We should put that right with the wee man.
