Can someone plz tell me what the chelsea sports channel is called?
or a english sports channel which will be showing the game between liverpool and chelsea which starts in 2 hours

It wont be shown live on "Chelsea TV" ...
I believe ITV2 is your best bet if you're in the UK.

the game is only on foxtel which i dont have
so i want to watch it online

It is exclusively live on Sky Sports 1 in the UK, not ITV2.
The second leg is live on ITV1.
Chelsea TV will show the full game at 23:00 on Thursday and 20:00 on Friday.

Ouch ! We've got it on broadcast tv here in Ireland. I thought it was a European rule that the big champions league matches had to be shown on at least basic cable.

there has to be a site which shows channels of diffrent countries.....
because other wise id have to wait another 4 hours to watch it on australian TV,

Well you could try the ESPN feed on "coolstreaming (http://www.coolstreaming.org/)"
Quality & frame-rate are definitely not guaranteed, though ...
