o, thatws wierd. But they do it so much, it shouldnt be funny anymore. I thought that was the joke at first but then they kept doing it and doing it and doing it, so it cant possibly be for a laugh now

Actually, the regular posters in those threads don't pay much attention to the titles. It started as a joke about a couple of people forming a "radio show" and how the thread views represented "ratings". They seem to think that lesbians and live nude girls generate these "ratings".
If you go into the thread, you'll see that it's just normal inane chatter that has nothing at all to do with the title.
