That's pretty cool. The wife and I have been putting off setting up a trust for too long. I don't think for a second that my family would fight over such things, but you never know. We've talked to several family members about our wishes should something happen, but it's much, much safer to have it written down.

Having being the administrator of an estate, one that had no Will, I can definitely echo to everyone get something written down. Fortunately, my experience was not that bad, as there weren't significant disagreements or bickering. But I had to make decisions that were difficult (who gets what prized possessions...the ones that are the hardest are not the liquid assets, but the emotional ones, particularly deciding what to do with the house, etc).
Get it written down, and have good documentation of where all of your assets are. It's hard to go through files and mail without any foundation for knowing what you are looking for (again, fortunately, I had pretty good documentation to work with).
