good move. That is, if Roma is willing to spend some more money to make a good team for next season. Improvement in all the lines. A defender, a defensive mid, and a forward (pizarro)

Do you think Pizarro can prosper in the Serie A? It has always been his dream to play in il calcio...

I have my doubts. that's why I said earlier that Roma needs to improve on the other lines. Get a good, solid defender that would act as leader in the backline. get a defensive mid, a supporting partner for Totti to cover Totti's back when he makes those great runs and at forward line I think they are fine with Pizarro, Montella and el bambino Cassanno if he stays.

Roma has not been the same since Cafu left, however, I think they will be competing for the title next year...They are trying to build-up a "super-team".

Super team? ha ha , that can only happen if Roman Abramovich buys them, otherwise they will oly be able to get 1 or 2 of top players and then the rest will be mediocre reinforcements. I still think Piza should not go to Italy since he usually takes a while to score... and then the fans will be wanting his head.If indeed he goes to Italy he should go to Inter and partner with Adriano.

Looks like Roma are close to acquiring Sami Hyppia...like I said "Superteam";)

I wonder where they will get the money to pay for reinforcements, since they were pretty close to being like Parma.Maybe they will sell lots of players, including totti...

Holy Schitt, It would be great to see Pizarro in Roma. Just when I was about to buy a Bayern shirt, now I might have to buy a Roma shirt, lol. I think even though Roma isnt no top of the league table right now, if Pizarro does good other Italian teams will be making offers down the line. Its a good step into Seria A, good news....

It would be a dumb move for Claudio.

Roma are in pretty bad shape atm ... not even close to get into UEFA Cup next season. The only way they can get $$ to make a better team is by getting rid of Totti, Cassano and possibly Montella. That means weakening the squad under all angles.

Bayern is trully one of the worlds most important clubs. It would be a step down IMO.

Hey I like Bayern alot. I just think Pizarro moving to Roma will open doors for other Peruvian players. Of course as long as he performs good. But I just dont see Juventus or AC Milan knocking on his door just yet. Roma is a good entrance in, and he's not getting any younger. Dont wanna see him just stay with Bayern forever. I'm confident he will shine in Seire A.

P.S. Lets not forget Serie A is probably the richest soccer league out there. You perform you make gagazillions(ok maybe not that much, lol)
