Eventhough I would love to see Solano at Arsenal or Chelsea, I dont think that would suit his style of play since both Arsenal and Chelsea have incredibly fast pace and counter attacks and to me solano seems a just little too slow to keep up with them.
Manchester united maybe, but I would say that he needs to move tom spain.
Anyway, my ranking of leagues goes like this:
LA LIGA(SPAIN)
LLEGA CALCIO(ITALY)
PREMIERSHIP(ENGLAND)
BUNDESLIGA(GERMANY)
EREDIVISIE(HOLLAND)
LIGUE 1(FRANCE)
SUPERLIGA(PORTUGAL)

i dunno about rankin them but EPL is def. the most fun to watch fast pace action ... Italy and Spain im falling asleep half the games except for the big games like Real Madrid but i guess this is jus my opinion

EPL is a little rougher. I think its fairly intresting to watch but I do prefer La Liga over it. I think the passing game is better developed in Spain whereas EPL is still enamored with the cross. I like watching all the leagues I've come in contact with though

I got to be honest, I cant rank them. I will watch any league, of course each league is different. But my favorite league is the champions league, God hook me up with a channel with a exclusive rights, like Espn deportes.
