So then, who's it going to be.
Anybody else watching?
Hoping for a good game and i have a feeling that 'pool may just pull it off.

I want Juve to win only b/c I think Chelsea will have easier time with them than Liv'pool. It's very hard to beat one team 5 times in one year. :D Also, i don't know why, Pool looks a lot better in the CL than in England, however, agianst all top teams in England, they play tough. They always play tough against us, and eventually htey will have to get lucky.

P.S. Are people going to put scores in here, b/c i'm taping the game and I don't want to know the result.

yeah im watching it,personally i think with all the injurys and pool's poor record away from home this season, that it'll be too much of an ask for them.

saying that you'd never know, although im kinda sick of playing them this year even though we won them all :D

Logic would dictate that.
However, i just don't know.

Liverpool have the talent, never forget that.

Ever just have a feeling about something.....

If Liverpool do win, I wonder what the Fox Football Friday guys would go so far as to bet...

Well, first, Nick and Steven will armwrestle and then, whichever team wins, the other guy gets the looser's half the salary. I guess that would be fair. I heard that Nick predicted few times that his Pool will advance to the semis and beat Chelsea. We'll see. Ok, i'm off.

25 mins and Liverpool have stood the opening test.
Italians are having trouble staying on their feet - of course some of the tackles are having a hand in that :)

How's Rafa's organization. Last year in UEFA he was excellent, is this a repeat of UCup? Or is he still having some trouble?

PS- The referee, Valentine Ivanov, is a personal friend of my dad's. I guess he's reffing juve-lpool, so tell me how fair the calls are/how well he calls them, and if he is doing a good job please clan :D

35th min...he's been excellent so far.
in the 7th min, Del Piero went down just outside the box, dead straight in front of it.It looked like a dive and the ref let play go on.Juve actually had a good attack from it and Ibrahimovich put the ball over the bar from an excellent cross.
Del Piero was still on the ground doing the old roll and cringe/grimace thing...you know, get the priest for the last rites...

The ref never gave him a second look 'till the ball went out of play :)

(as it turned out in the replay, he actually was fouled :D)

There's the half.
Liverpool in command, both of this game and the tie as a whole.

0-0.

i cant see juve playing at that pace again in the secondhalf even though their quite happy normally bideing their time with their build up play.

id say once they step it up a gear or two it should make it a bit more open.but baro's needs to hold the ball up better to let some of the five midfielders get forward and get involved in the attack's,if their going to have any joy.

actually if liverpool did score it could really set it up for a cracker of a secondhalf.

Glory be - did you see that.

Feckin amazing.

The keeper, Dudek, actually caught the bloody ball.

This nonsense of punching the bloody thing back into play is seriously overrated....and annoying...and dangerous.....and....did i mention annoying?
