In the print edition, there's a real good graphic showing the different configurations of RFK. I can't find it online, though.

At the touch of a button, the pitcher's mound at RFK Stadium ascends and descends on three pneumatic motors. Unfortunately, Nationals pitchers can't make dramatic entrances into games this way, as the mound descends only 14 inches:D
