View Full Version : 2 Lyon Supporters Dead

2 supporters for my club, and the 3 time defending French champions Olympique Lyonnais, have passed away and 6 are injured after a bus carrying supporters to the Nantes - Lyon game saturday crashed. The bus was carrying supporters from the Lugdunums supporters group. The two dead are a 14 year old and a 33 year old. No word yet on what caused the accident, but the Police are saying neither people were wearing their seatbelts, which are mandatory on coach buses in France.
My condolences to the families of both the dead and my best wishes to the injured to make a full and speedy recovery.

I wonder if the game will go ahead as planned?

Oh. sad thing. I've heard the number of roadkills in France is raising again, after a few months of improvement.
WILL WE EVER LEARN, for God's sake ?
We blame Yanks for their guns, but we aren't better with our cars. :(

Also my condolences...the same thing happened to two PSV supporters last year. We know the feeling :(...
