In about half an hour, I'll go to eat. I need suggestions. Wendy's and a Veal Parmesean hero have already been suggested elsewhere.

Have at it.

Taquitos, obviously.

I don't suppose you're anywhere near that Hibachi place....

Both excellent ideas. However, both places to get those items are in Annapolis, which would be about 40 minutes away.

A handful of rusty nails. Wash it down with used motor oil drained from a Pinto.

Why don't you tell us what's close so we don't keep giving you ideas you'll shoot down?

:p

Currently, that idea sits 3rd among the options I can do:

1. Wendy's
2. Veal Parm. hero
3. Rusty nails with Pinto oil

Hey...if I wanted to do work I would stop being online and actually work.

Plus, shooting down ideas is fun. ;)

Seriously though, I'm near Rt. 1 so there are more things available here than aren't. There may even be taquitos, but I don't trust the Mexican place down the street.

Is there one of those mexican trucks nearby? I love those things. Got one here in downtown Happy Fluffy Town. I always get 5 tacos.

No such luck. The 2 places near enough to get Mexican are Taco Bell and El Mexicano, which I have been told by everyone to avoid.

The burger and fried chicken, I could do. I don't feel like a sub.

However, I think Chinese has taken the lead. I will go look for menus.

Wendy's, Chinese of some kind, and fried chicken are battling it out.

The problem with Chinese is that I can't get it delivered because you need a $10 order, and I've never driven to this place. However, I'm willing to give it a try.

Chinese! Take a chance, have an adventure!

Adventure it is. I will go call in my order now.

Bonnie is today's winner. Congratulations...you win the pride in knowing you helped me pick my lunch. Come back tomorrow, as I'll need people to do my thinking for me again.

Then I am off to get my Frosty. I will support Dave Thomas' survivors.

Good news and bad news:

Good news is that I got a review of the place (the Mandarin Delight). Jeff says "It didn't give me the shits, so it must be good."

Bad news is that both their phone lines were busy. Damn.

Success.

In 10 minutes I will dine on General Tso's chicken. Marvellous.
