Got one and LOVE it. I also bought a 1GB Memory Stick Duo Pro card and that has allowed me to watch movies on it.

Check out my blog for my review of it. (psst, the link's below)

What movies are available? I really like the movie idea, but haven't yet seen one for sale. I know it comes with Spiderman II, but is there any plans for putting movies out that I'd actually want to watch?

And by the way - who the hell buys their little cousins $250.00 presents?!?

Well like you said it comes with Spider-Man 2, but there will be movies released, starting April 19th I believe.

Some titles off the top of my head are xXx, Hellboy, House of Flying Daggers, Resident Evil and Once Upon a Time in Mexico, Kill Bill, National Treasure, Pirates of the Caribbean, Reign of Fire, Hero, House of the Dead, Saw, Step Into Liquid, and Total Recall.

I don't plan on buying any movies in UMD format, what I was talking about were movies that I've downloaded. I can also watch tv shows, for instance I forgot to tape The Office last night. I'll download it today and then upload it to the psp and watch it tomorrow here at work.

How do you do those fancy moves?

I might get a PSP if I could watch "free" stuff.

I understand bt.

Do you merely have to drag the vid file onto the mem stick, and then put the stick in the psp and it is straightforward?

Uhh nope. The video has to be in mpg4 format. You've got a mac right? I use PSPWare, works brilliantly. You can sync videos, music, pics and more with it.

Not to hijack this thread but if you have $200 more you could go for a 20 GB multimedia player where you could store as many as 50 movies or recorded TV shows of same length!

I bought a smaller (screen) version of it 8 months ago for $260 and have been recommending the brand to people ever since. Spending all the advertising/hyping money on the actual product they depend on good reviews/plugs. :)

Back to PSP discussions.

You can get a free one from http://www.oddtech4free.com/default.aspx?ref=4286 . This company is legit, i received an ipod from them from one of their other sites. At http://www.gearlive.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=22&sid=4ee30a275e5e2cceaf55b7b851cc5f23 you can actually post and have the people from the company respond to any questions you have. The people involved with the company also have a time where they chat with people about any questions.
