this is a good match up,
i think that Lyon is more physical and have more strength while Psv use more passing and tactics.

Oh yes, these frail, pure and innocent hooligans, harassed by fascist police forces. I say : FREEDOM for all the drunk barbarians. Destroying bars and restaurants is an essential part of human rights. Why the european court of justice didn't blame France about this yet ?

Remember Euro 2000? No problems whatsoever in Holland. Loads of problems in Belgium. Loads of problems at France 98 as well. So AFCA has a real point there. The Dutch do take a more relaxed approach, and it seems to work.

Agree, and PSV fans weren't hooligans at LYON,they were provoked by local "racailles" while they were quiet but the police charged them!

Return leg is on Wednesday, Lyon is sending 20 players to Eindhoven, with 18 to be dressed as usual.

My suspected lineup for Lyon
Coupet
Reveillère Cris Caçapa Abidal
Essien Diarra Juninho
Govou Malouda
Willtord

I think that is the best lineup they can put out there. I know Frau scored 2 goals in their last game vs Nantes but If you start him then you have to leave Diarra on the bench and I'd rather have Diarra in there than Frau. I'm very worried about Cacapa out there I think he's a liability. He's been injured most of the year, he came back recently too soon and reinjured himself again and now he's back. A defender who's over 30 who had a major injury you have to worry about. One mistake by him could cost them the game. I think I'd rather see Diatta out there instead who played well in Cacapa's absence. This is a huge game and I dont feel comfortable with Cacapa back there based on the season he's had.

Well we wont be seeing Frau in the game or for the rest of the Ligue 1 campaign, hes out for up to 6 weeks.

This will be a tough game for Lyon in Eindhoven. They will have to play great.
Lets go PSV......sorry guys

Blow it out of your ass. Go OL! Throw men forward and get a couple of away goals. Wiltord is going to score a couple tonight.

Yes, I remember Euro2000, and Wiltord breaking Italy's heart in minute 93'. I think he'll be breaking some more hearts tonight in Eindhoven.

Without Frau Lyon's bench is really young, thin, and weak. I think all the starters should try to go 90 minutes if possible. I mean who are you gonna bring on the 2nd half ? Clement, Benzema, Nilmar ? No way in huge match can you bring those guys in.

I wouldn't be too worried with Nilmar in the game. Clement and Benzema are a different story. Lyon needs to get their goal early. They need to avoid playing too far back and take the game to the dutch.

And they are off..... Can't watch the game, if anybody has relevant updates please don't hesitate. I hear the stadium is going nuts, Lyon will have to silence them early.

Lyon is dominating. They need to go into halftime with the lead.

Good start but looks to me Diarra isn't going
to last 90 mn in this game (already a yellow
and just barely escaped another one)
A sub at half-time, maybe?
