So which All-Star team do you think is the best?

The 98' team for me - perhaps that's because it was the best of those three world cups.

Unlike the other two teams all it's players were world class\close-to-world class in 98' while the 94' and 02' teams seem to have players which were one-offs to that competition (Especially the 02' team)

I'm sure that '02 ISN'T the best. I'd probably give '98 a little advantage over '94.

1994 without a doubt. The 2002 team had the best best goalies but that's all.

they must have had someone better than diouf or klose for 2002. Perhaps Owen or Raul. and i thought rivaldo played forward in 2002, freeing up the midfield spot for Totti or Zidane.


but i think 98 will definitely win it. French defenders plus Davids at dmf. Plus, they'll have to stop Zidane and Bergkamp servicing the ball to Ronaldo. That would be fantastic. If Van Nistelrooy and Raul had just come several years eariler, i'd rate this team above any other world cup team.
