My team officaly sucks :( . I think I'm going to log out but, I'm not sure. I am still a fairly new user and I still feel like I have a lot of room to improve the team but, it's just not working out for me. What do ya'll think? I've had this team since Feb. and since the start of the season, I have had at least 5 goals against me per game. What should I do if I shouldn't log out?

well what kind of goalie and defense do you have? And where are you located? In division V or VI. If it's division V then you probably just got stuck in a hard division V division and things will get easier for you if you demote.

Give us some info on your team and I'm sure we can get you some advice. As for starting with a crappy team, all of us did it at some point. This game is for the long term, just roll with the punches in the beginning.

No worries. I'm coming to the end of my 3rd full season, and I'm still learning.
Looking at the history of my matches, when I first started (2 games before the halfway point of season 22), I was lucky to put together a team that topped 19 stars in a match. I was demoted from D5 to D6 after finishing dead last.
I've progressed steadily, got my training program underway, and will have my first big dividend from my hard work at the end of the season. The team has done pretty well. I was lucky to have a lot of good defenders to start with, and they have grown fairly strong. At the moment my best overall game had 34 stars. I am to break into the low 40's by the end of next season.
Stick with it.

I can mirror that last story. I got my team half-way through the season in Div V and pretty much got the snot beat out of m on a regular basis and finished 7th. However, even by the end of the first season I had a training program in place and it was starting to show dividends. Landed in a fairly tough Div VI with a lot of active teams but salvaged a mid table finish. Now in season 3 (rather 2.5 really) I have the best defense in my league (course I am a defense trainer) and I am two points out of first.
Hang in there - get a good training program and just enjoy the training pops while you are getting popped by your opponents.

The key here is do you have a training program up and running? If not you are gonna be spinning your wheels for a long time.
HT is not a short term gain experience. You HAVE to be ready for the long haul.
