Desafiando a la historia, la selección argentina consiguió un gran triunfo sobre Bolivia por 2 a 1 en La Paz. Los dirigidos por José Pekerman derrotaron a la selección del Altiplano como visitante luego de 32 años. Los tantos del ganador los consiguieron Luciano Figueroa y Luciano Galletti.
La Argentina B hizo historia y con una victoria mas esta en el Mundial de Alemania 2006....
Bolivia hoy dijo adios.

A mi Bolivia me da lastima que no vaya, me acuerdo en el 94 jugaron barabro contra Alemania y no se les dio, son un pueblo sufrido que mereceria esa alegria..sobre el partido nada se puede analizar, fue motorio que los nuestrso no pueden ni moverse a esa altura, igual el primer tiempo muy bien, y Palaco, Galletti y Clemente son se ve mas aptos. Cambiasso se morfo la cancha en el primer tiempo y en el segundo murio, es mas fue gracioso por muchos ,momentos el partido, parecian enyesados, o esa pelota del corner que nadie iba, estaba mas cercano a un partido con mis amigos botella de birra en mano que una aliminatoria. Fue un gran triunfo que nos permite incluso hasta cgarala en tres partidos al hilo, los va a relajar..espero no demasiado.
Che, vieron que Lanus le clavo un 2 a cero a los que se quedaron? jeje, que hijos de ********...

"We were never going to use that as an excuse if we had lost, but now that we have won I think this victory has to be celebrated by everyone because it has been so long since the national team has won here and that is very important.

I guess Peckerman is looking like a genius right about now. The 'muletto' team performed as well as could be expected and Argentina won in La Paz for the first time in 32 years. Now we have to see if the second part of the deal pays off. Will Argentina's 'A' team benefit from not having played Saturday, or will Colombia have the advantage because they played a match together this week and our guys did not?
Another question is, are we going to see this tactic again when we visit Ecuador in June? Is Peckerman going to take the 'muletto' team to Ecuador, and save the top team for Brazil in Buenos Aires?
Anyway, it looks like we can reserve our tickets for Germany.
