Yeah, probably! I don't check the boards very often and of course very little news of the England national team is announced in Canada... although there is lots of Premiership news.
Sorry if I offended you!

I hope Sven isn't out to embarrass us like he did in Oz. Played 45 minutes each with two teams and lost both.
Sometimes I wonder about him and his ideas. He has some players now, probably the best squad we've had for a while, I hope he practices WINNING!

Hey US, if the ENGLAND team play anything like they did on Saturady I think they will make another statement!

Just hope I get to see the fixture over here!

I have followed ENGLAND for many years and it has been a while since I saw them play the way they did on Saturday. I know it would have been harder if the opposition was more of a test but at the end of the day we created many chances and completed 4!

The great news for me is that so many of these players will see the next world cup and a few after that (PROBABLY).

i too agree with your comments, THE BEST FOR QUITE SOME TIME!

Joe Cole has cometh the MAN! He gave BARCELONA problems a few weeks ago, just goes to show Mr Mourinio is doing at CFC

JM for ENGLAND ........ I hope

England will typically embarass their own fans by losing, I'm sure. I mean, it's a friendly, so what does it matter to Sven?

I hope to God the US faces a full strength England, desperate to win, but we all know that Phil Neville will captain the side in the second half, such is the quality of our twentieth squad player.

If your squad is not full strength then the US will ege this match. 20 years from now, Eurotrade will sell a special retro jersey of one they wore for this game.

Don't forget the "Miracle on Grass" movie.
"Just a bunch of American kids on summer vacation, but they get tossed out of a sports field for kicking a round ball on a football field. As they're trooping off the field a fat, cigar smoking, rich (OK, it's fiction) English promoter recruits them for an exhibition match with the mighty English sawcker team on tour. He wants to make his team look even better and make fools of these nobodys......."
