At what stage is the soccer stadium at? Is it still in the design process or has construction actually begun?

It's already been designed. The Argonauts had hoped it would be ready in time for next season, but now anticipate moving in around July 2007.

And I would just emphasize that point. The primary tennant will be the Toronto Argonauts of the CFL. Thus, it would be more precise to call it a football stadium that can host soccer. And it could do so more easily since the dimensions of a Canadian football field are 150x65 yards, whereas the American is 120x53.33 yards.

There are just trying to raise the rest of the cash the need.There were hopeing the gov would give more then there are given but they will not be getting there wish.
