i no that this isn't the most important topic but whats up with the red socks? do they wear white one season the red the next? i just saw a highlight of Henry scoring his 3rd against liverpool last year and he was wearing white. can anyone enlighted me? thanks

I liked the white socks a lot better with last seasons kit, they look fast somehow but red works better with this year's IMO.

arsenal have usually used red socks since they stopped using hooped socks. i don;t know y we used white last season.

I agree, white looks faster, especially with white boots, but i think red looks smarter :cool:

We also wore red socks last year for some matches.

I prefer the red socks. The uniform is too white without them - white shorts, white sleeves, white shoes. We need the red socks for balance.

Leave the white socks to Chelsea.

i guess im a fan of the all white socks. they just seem so classy. all i can think about is henry with the white vapors and white socks having the liverpool defenders trip each other up

You're right, though - Chelsea looks goofy with the all-blue and white socks. They'd look so much better with blue socks.

Setting aside how I feel about them, that is. I can appreciate it when an opponent looks good. All blue can look sharp. White shirts with blue and a touch of red, never.
