I recently purchased F-50+'s and i noticed that I bought HG's, although I had assumed they were FG's. I have seen pictures of the FG's and there is a noticable difference in appearance. Apart from that, can anyone tell what the main differences are between the two. Cheers

all i can tell you is that HG cleats are absolutely sh!t on wet ground...so if you regularly play on wet pitches or might have to, i would exchange them for FG if you can. also FG's are more of an 'all-around' cleat; they can be used on both wet ground as well as hard ground.

Just my 2 cents...i don't see anything wrong with them other than poor traction on wet pitches

cheers bro. however i don't think I will be able to exchange them. I live in Tasmania, that small island at the bottom of Australia, and the range of soccer boots is, well, pitiful to say the least. I was lucky to find F-50+'s and HG was apparently all they had. I will ask if the store if they can send my boots to Melbourne or Sydney to be exchanged but i don't have my hopes up.

Sorry to spoil your hopes of an exchange or whatever but officially only HG soles are sold in the F50+s so there would be none in sydney or melbourne which sucks cause FGs are the best
