Hey anyone know how long Durango's steakhouse near Loehman's Plaza has been closed. My friends and I want to take over the property and try to make a proper soccer pub out of it.
At least a year or two and probably over three.
FYI, that location has been death on resturants/bars, IMO, because Loehman's Plaza has terrible access, before Durango, a Bennigans went down in flames. But I wish you all the luck.

Sorry guys............I lied. I was only trying to start conversation. I have no money and more importantly, I have no friends. :o Seriously though, I pass this place sometimes twice a day and I always wonder "what if?" I still haven't been to Paddy Mac's but I'm sure a small footy pub would fit in well with all the new developments planned for these parts.

I'm thinking an English style pub would be a bit more receptive to MLS than say a Brazilian, Argentine, or Mexican place (plus, that whole language thing :D). I know there are quite a few in Orlando, but I haven't seen any down here in the South yet.
Quite a few in Central FL
