how will the northern ireland fans who are pro-England view this? Just asking since I see lots of England flags from the likes of Linfield fans etc...

You do know the difference between the Northern Irish flag and the Cross of St. George, right? And when Linfield fans wave the Union Jack they are making a political statement like Rangers fans? Some Northern Irish fans might be pro-England; however, they're more likely to be pro-British.
