One of my trainees has +1 injury and is listed as bruised but training. If I list him as a starter in my friendly, what will happen? I assume he will be replaced by his sub, but will he get crdit for "playing" and get training for the week?

ye he'll get subbed out and won't receive credit for playing

Is he red in the match lineup? If not, more probably than not he'll have healed to a band-aid in time for the match.
