almost all of the players on my team have really bad passing, is it worth to train passing or just try selling and buying new players.

not worth it to train passing. You dont even need passing to win matches. And although many other will disagree with me, passing is overvalued for players with solid or excellent primary skills (scoring, playmaking, wingers).
