F50 (black/yellow) or F50+ punjab (SG) [Archive]

Hi guys
i really want a pair of F50s (or f50+) I love the style, but i have never considered buying them till now. I do love the f50+ punjab (only this colour really) but the problem is i have the exact same shoe in a3 sole (cost me £75), and i feel it a bit pointless now buying the boot as well as the turf lol. So i started looking at the f50 black/yellow (fav. colourway), and i do like them, maybe not as much as f50+, but i do like them. Can people say which overal are a better boot (in terms of comfyness, WEIGHT*, etc). Id just like your oppinons, if u were in my position, and you already had the punjab f50+ in a3, what would you be forced to buy. I do like the idea of f50s being slightly cheaper now.

Id definitely get f50+. If they came out with f50+s so soon after f50s, there must be a prob with the f50's. Also, from what i've heard, the lacing system and material is better on f50+.

yeah, +'s are much better. the old model had an annoying water leaking problem (according to my cousin) which adidas have apparently sorted out and it was hard to lace up properly on the old ones but is easier now

I would be willing to part with my US size 10 that have been worn to play in once at an indoor center with that fake grass, the only flaw is that they painted the field that day for training and there is some white sideline paint on the bottom of the boots

I have them up on ebay for sale, I can find the link to the auction but just go to ebay and punch in f-50 10 in the search and they should come up there is full range of pics on there. You could bid on them or if they dont sell on ebay we can work something out I am sure

I saw both the F50 and the F50+. I realized that the leather of the F50+ is much more better than the F50s'.

would you please tell me if your turf punjabs have the same leather used with SG/FG?

The F50+ is a MUCH better boot. I think it just depends what colour way you go with. If you go for the darker colour way then they should be a great boot. Mine are already looking a bit battered and i've only had the pearl/red ones for a week. I have both and i do prefer the F50+ but i wish they did them in black so guess it depends on how long you want the boot to last.

played a kid with the red\white F-50+ and i thought they looked really stupid...now i just need to see what the blue and black ones look like, hopefully better.

My one teammate mocked my boots(punjab), asking if they were spiderman cleats and if they shot web out of them or something :rolleyes:

The design grew on me, fast. I only really bought them at first because they were softground, and a cheap price. But, I really like them.
