Which MLS team has had the best offseason?

I voted for RSL, I like what they have done in signing and acquiring veteran players...I'm not just sold on their first round pick Nick Bisignio (SP)...that being said i thinl LA wins the West and KC the East...

It's hard for a novice like me to really say, but based on what I've seen this offseason
I'm going to have to go with FC Dallas, but my avatar may have something to do with that.
