Best spot I can think of would be the Crown & Anchor (http://www.crownandanchorlv.com/). It's a British Pub close to the strip, tends to show all the EPL/CL/SPL matches, as well as WCQ games.
It's on Tropicana just east of Maryland Parkway. Shouldn't be more than 5 minutes away from the strip.
