I just got GOL TV and I'm watching a show called "The Soccer Files" - Ray is opining on Damani Ralph leaving for Russia, some crap about Chivas, blah, blah, blah.

Anyone else catch this?

Absolutely the best place in football for Ray.
I'm glad to see him employed also.
Ray is one of the true characters of football,
I think broadcast is really his niche.

I've seen/heard him do several things for Gol TV. He's a great personality and a great way to get the promote the sport to people.

I thought GOL TV was a spanish language broadcast. Is this particular show in english or is the entire network broadcast in english?

There's one of each......though some of the productions are in spanish and dubbed over in english.

I watched the UEFA game between partisan and Moscow - Ray was doing color commentary.

As noted above, DirecTV has two channels, one English, one spanish. Some of the shows are voiceovers, in fact one is an Italian weekly about Seire A. Defintely giving Fox a run for their money I think.
