I know I have been absent from the Bundesliga forums, but I'm back! Let's get this thread rolling. I know that Bayer 04 supporters are still in morning from the beating that LFC delivered to FC Bayer, but (5th place) Hertha is coming to town.
I see this match ending in a 1-1 draw.

Hertha took apart Bayer in the first leg of this match up in the Olympiastation, 3-1, so it would seem that Hertha has Bayers number. And, after coming off a loss like last night, it could work in two ways for Bayer, either all the steam is lost out of their sails, or they come back really determined. Personally I hope for the former, but I dont think that will be too much of a popular viewpoint in this forum. Fiedler has been playing really incredible between the posts for us as of recent, really, almost single handly keeping the scoring sheet to 4-1 against HSV, when they controlled the game, had more possession, and more chances. Basturk should be still out this game from cards, so look for a lineup similar to last week. The talk here in Berlin is that Hertha has to get a place in Europe, either in the CL or the UEFA Cup, and after the draw to 'lautern last week (which, if you saw, should have not been a draw), I think Hertha will come out pretty determined to get a point or more to keep up the European hopes alive.
