I'm pissed right now. I asked my boss off for the Semis and the Chelsea away match that follows that Wednesday and the Spurs at home the following weekend. What great week of football that would have been. But the c0cksucker denied me. We are in the middle of a huge systems project that goes on until the end of May, so no go for me this year. The one thing I look forward to every year is a trip over and it's not happening.

The good thing is that I will certainly be over next year for the final Highbury season, Rick maybe I should put my request for a ticket to the final match right now. Probably still won't get one, but I will do what I can to make it over for it. ;)

That is not good mate!! Oh well, Im sure I'll be able to get rid of the Spurs and Chelsea tickets....... ;)
How about trying for pre-season in Austria? Thats a great trip and it's really relaxed.
The last game at Highbury is one game I wont be promising anyone tickets for. That will certainly be the hardest game ever to get tickets for.

Senderos is what 20 years old? He's certainly going to be a great player in a couple of years.
I think it's about time he gets his first call-up for the national team. Perhaps we should start him against his fellow Arsenal teammates in the upcoming France match... :D

Great goal from Freddy at the start and then showed us what the worst finish in the world looks like. I swear I thought the angle was too high to hit it over the goal from where he was, but credit, where credit's due ( ) he managed it!!

Ahhh how quick people forget about our friend Diego Forlan

Probably the only thing to add to this thread is....

[To Tune of Pretty Baby]
We Love you Freddie cos you got red hair!,
We Love you Freddie cos you're eveywhere!,
We Love you Freddie,
You're Arsenal through and through.

Maybe I'll do a CL away match along with a Highbury match. The preseason in Austria sound like it might be a fun trip too. As much as I'd like to see the last match I will wait for the fixture list and work it out for next year.

Rick - I'll send you an email from the office. Work has been hell and every time I plan to send you and email I get 2 more people in my office needing help. Sorry I can't get there this year, but I will certainly be there for at least one match at Highbury. :)

Anyway, it seems certain that ManUre will go through as well. That sucks cuz I'm honestly not interested in ever playing them until we sort our defense out, once and for all. Sorry guys, I know Senderos and even Mad Jens are looking better, but I just can't face another thrashing by those jerks. So with that said, I hope we draw NUFC (or Spurs )

Forget that I'm hoping to draw Leicester. :D Imagine getting to the FA Cup final and only facing Bolton from the EPL.

I'm hoping we get the winner of the Blackburn/Leicester game and ManU gets to tire themselves with the more difficult winner of the Newcastle/Spurs match. A final against ManU as we try to pass them in the league should be interesting to say the least.

Oh, and about AW and subs, did anyone realise that this time he used NONE of them?? I mean, I know the 10 minutes-subbing is crap anyway, but still... It's so strange.

Yeah thats why I was moaning about it. Can't imagine why he didn't make at least one change. Its not like we were playing Bolton off the park in the latter part of the second half. If Stelios' header was on target, we'd all be killing AW for letting this game slip away with tired players while fine subs sat uselessly on the side.

What a surprise for Diouf to get sent off. To be honest with the way bolton came at us Im surprised they had 10 men at the end.

I end up thinking that every time I see Bolton play. I think they figure if they foul enough the ref won't have the guts to send a couple of them off. If I never see Diouf play again, I'll be happy.

You forgot Kanu's miss from an inch out earlier this season. Ljung will have to really practice to reach that legendary level of poor finishing.
