You make a good point. I've felt a certain amount of glee with the hard time Chicas is having (boy, it's so easy to type "chicas":)). But we *don't* want to see either of the new teams having severe problems.

On the plus side of things, the San Diego article indicated that the team is starting to play better. And decent play will always help.

When I heard Hoover HS was gonna host the match I was really concerned that the field is so narrow. Glad to see that they are gonna do everything they can to widen it.

But considering we have a new owner that has invested in our league and is going to help the expansion of our sport in our country, can't we show a little respect to all the new MLS fans and not live down to what they might expect?Leave this stuff to the rivalry forum.
